Every laptop sold is carefully packaged in our custom-designed boxes, securely wrapped and neatly presented to ensure safe arrival. For those purchasing as a gift, we offer an optional gift wrap service for £10 per package. All orders are dispatched the same day and delivered within 2 working days, with signed-for delivery included as standard.
Returns
Returns & Warranty
All laptops come with a 30-day free return policy, allowing customers to return or exchange their purchase for any reason. If swapping for a different model, any price difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly. Every laptop also includes a one-year guarantee for added peace of mind.
